All Sales Final. There are no returns/refunds on orders.
Once printed items are approved for production, any mistakes in spelling, phone numbers, etc. are solely the responsibility of the purchaser who approved the proof and will not be refunded.
All designs remain the property of LHUTDesigns LLC. until paid in full and approved as final artwork by the purchaser. At that time, LHUTDesigns LLC. retains the right to use the design in a portfolio and any advertising as seen fit by the designer.
LHUTDesigns LLC. is not responsible for any damages of any kind.
Full payments will be required before any project begins to secure time and efforts.
Consultation is highly recommended before purchasing- can be purchased on service page.
We DO NOT offer "Buy now, Design later" Services.
Meaning once payment is submitted your project will be added to the project queue. All materials, Verbiage, images, etc should be submitted when purchasing. If materials or remaining balances are not received or communication is lacked on the buyers (clients) end within 7 days after payment your project will be terminated and NO refund will be issued. Any projects paid for and no response is received with 7 days, orders will be terminated.

There is a $25 (per hour) fee for any phone consultations or in-person meetings in regards to your project.
Turn-around times become effective after order is submitted. (Turnaround times depend on workload.)
7-14 business days for package deals, or any printing materials, business cards, flyers, etc.
FULL payment must be received before print production begins or final files are sent to customer.

Customers are allowed 2-3 minor revisions per project. (Additional revisions will be $25 PER revision after 3 initial revisions)
Shipping charges will apply to ALL orders.
Rush orders are available for some orders that are needed before turnaround time. ( Rush orders are placed before other orders already in production.)
Please place your Design order 2-4 weeks before event to ensure effective turn-around time.
LHUTDesigns LLC. ask that all communication remain between email to ensure accuracy and avoid miscommunication. We will no longer respond to Facebook/Instagram messages or text messages.

If a project is canceled by “The Client”, for whatever reason, the payment will serve as a cancellation fee.

There is no refund after labor has been placed into project

Print Design projects such as Business Cards, Flyers MUST be paid in full including shipping before sending off to print.

Print Projects will be set to print after client approval. After project is set to print, there are no refunds unless the printer is at fault.

All print materials are shipped to a Residential Address. By default, any other mailing option is not accepted.

No final artwork or files without watermarking will be sent until final approval

Draft files (revision files, unselected logo proofs, premium paid fonts and themes, .PSDS,)remain the property of LHUTDesigns LLC.

Logo Files are only sent once the project has been fully completed, in the formats of 1 each: PDF / JPG / PNG.

No artwork of ANY kind is to be posted on social media until FULL payment is made

No communication in regards to any projects will be communicated on any weekend.
