I'm new to this, what if I don’t know what I want?


It is important to have a vision of some kind for your business/brand so it can be relayed to the designer. If you would like a freestyle of my design ideas for your project, please remember our creative visions may not match.Be sure to take a look at my work to see the design style I offer. This can lead to more revisions than needed. (which would result in additional revision fees) It is best to have some idea or concept in mind. If you are unsure of how to start, you can set up a phone consultation for $25 for a 1-hour phone conversation in regards to your project.




May I talk to someone over the phone to discuss my project?


Email is our primary method of contact. Phone consultations are available for purchase for a 1-hour conversation in regards to your project. All communication is primarily done via email, that is to protect You, “The client” and Me, as “The Designer” from hearsay. This is done so to keep one line of communication to avoid miscommunication.




How and What format will I receive my logo(s)?


Once your logo is complete, you will be emailed your logo files which includes (.png), (.jpg) (.ai or psd File Formats are not available.)




What are revisions?


You receive a limit of (2) revisions (‘changes’) per project. Once your revisions limits are exhausted, a fee will occur for any additional revisions after.




How long will my project take?


Time frames to complete projects varies depending upon the details of the job. Please review product descriptions for estimated turn around times. Additional revisions will delay your turn around time. Clients are required to submit all HIGH QUALITY professional photos and/or verbiage (text) that is needed for their project. Pixelated (blurry) photos will not result in the best quality design. Please refrain from submitting low resolution phone images. Please make sure all submitted content is free of grammical errors.




Can you drop my order off to me or can you pickup my cash payment?


Yes for an additional charge.
